Your mission

You will be responsible for our customers in the law firm management segment throughout Germany, primarily serving medium-sized and large law firms. You will manage your own customer portfolio and support clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will have the flexibility to organize your workday independently and, in coordination with your clients and team, decide when to allocate your working hours.
The primary focus of your role will be the delivery of software training sessions, coaching, and workshops for customers, mostly in a remote setting.
Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Analyzing and managing customer needs and requirements
  • Providing comprehensive support and consulting to customers regarding solutions and processes enabled by our products
  • Gathering and evaluating customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of products and processes
  • Supporting the design, preparation, and implementation of software projects
  • Conducting customer-facing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) in close collaboration with key stakeholders, primarily remotely

Your profile

  • Completed degree in Information Technology, Law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, completed vocational training as a Legal Administrative Assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r) or equivalent.
  • Previous professional experience in a law firm is highly desirable. You should possess both professional and legal expertise relevant to our customers' field of work.
  • Experience working with one or more law firm management software solutions.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role as a Software Trainer, or in similar positions such as (Key) Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
Nice to have:
  • Initial experience in project management and/or consulting is an advantage.

Our team members are located throughout Germany and work primarily remotely. Workshops and certain customer meetings are also conducted on-siteat client locations,as required and by mutual agreement.
