Shape the Future of Legal Software Sales

Are you passionate about sales, technology, and leadership? Join our Business Unit Lawyers and take ownership of the sales strategy and execution for our complete legal software portfolio. As VP Sales, you will lead teams across SMB and Enterprise segments, drive sustainable growth through new customer acquisition and customer expansion, and help accelerate the market transition toward cloud and AI-powered legal solutions. Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial success and strengthening our position as a leading software provider for law firms and notaries across the DACH region.

Your mission

Leadership Responsibilities
  • Build and execute strategic and quarterly sales plans
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales teams across SMB and Enterprise segments
  • Define clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one development sessions
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture
  • Support career growth and talent development within the team
  • Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions
  • Continuously improve sales processes and operational excellence
  • Act as a trusted partner for key internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of trust, passion, and teamwork

Functional Responsibilities
  • Own the overall sales function for the Business Unit Lawyers portfolio
  • Drive new logo acquisition across target markets
  • Increase customer value through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
  • Accelerate cloud and AI adoption within the existing customer base
  • Own commercial targets including ARR, NRR, and new business growth
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for legal professionals and notaries
  • Expand industry relationships, partner networks, and market presence
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline performance, and CRM discipline
  • Identify market opportunities and develop growth initiatives

Your profile

Leadership Capabilities
  • Several years of successful sales leadership experience
  • Strong coaching and people development skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams through growth and change
  • KPI-driven mindset with strong business acumen
  • Experience managing performance and execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities
  • High degree of ownership and accountability
  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Passion for modern leadership and team empowerment

Professional Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology sales
  • Proven success in both new business acquisition and account expansion
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS business models
  • Strong interest in AI technologies and digital innovation
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles across SMB and Enterprise markets
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of digital transformation projects
  • Fluent in English and German
  • University degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience in legal tech or other regulated industries is a plus

You will join a collaborative and ambitious Business Unit focused on empowering law firms and notaries through innovative software solutions. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and leadership teams, you will contribute to the continued growth and digital transformation of the legal industry.
