Your mission
1. Management and Coordination of International Accounting
- Central point of contact for the accounting teams of international subsidiaries
- Alignment of group-wide requirements (e.g. reporting packages, accounting guidelines, deadlines)
- Ensuring the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitoring compliance with group policies and reporting standards
- Professional review of financial statements and ongoing accounting for plausibility
- Analysis of variances and clarification with local entities
- Ensuring consistent application of accounting and valuation principles
- Development and implementation of concepts for organizing international accounting functions
- Support in the standardization of processes and chart of accounts
- Analysis and evaluation of accounting structures in the context of acquisitions
- Review and assessment of existing accounting processes
- Integration of new entities into group consolidation (especially LucaNet)
- Development of integration plans for future organizational and process alignment
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual group financial statements
- Assisting in consolidation processes
- Preparation and provision of relevant reporting data
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable commercial training with relevant additional qualifications
- Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in an international environment
- Experience working with different charts of accounts and accounting systems
- Solid knowledge of group accounting and consolidation
- Experience with LucaNet is a plus
- Confident handling of Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central) is an advantage
- Initial experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT
- Structured way of working, high attention to detail in documentation, and a strong interest in improving processes
- Very good German and English language skills

- Digital Interview: Next, you’ll meet our Manager and dive deeper into technical topics and the role itself.
- Task & Open Questions: After our initial conversation, you will receive a task from us. We will discuss the results together on-site and clarify any remaining open questions. During this visit, you will also meet our VP Finance and have the opportunity to gain a better impression of our work environment and get to know additional team members.
