Customer Success & Project Consultant (m/f/d) – Legal Software

Do you enjoy supporting customers end-to-end – from initial implementation to long-term success? In this hybrid role, you combine project management, technical support, and customer success to ensure that our legal clients get the most out of our solutions.
As a key interface between customers and internal teams, you drive projects from planning through go-live, resolve technical challenges, and build strong, lasting client relationships.

Your workplace / location:
Work at one of our offices in Germany remotely from anywhere in Germany.

Your mission

  • Take ownership of implementation projects for our software Legal Suite from planning through go-live, including timelines, milestones, and risk management
  • Analyse client requirements and translate them into concrete system configurations (e.g. data migration, customisation, access setup)
  • Facilitate customer workshops, gather requirements, and document outcomes for implementation
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (development, product, support) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Resolve complex customer issues in 2nd-level support and provide hands-on solutions
  • Deliver software training sessions and enable customers to use the solution effectively
  • Manage your clients throughout the full lifecycle - from onboarding to continuous optimisation
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and feed insights into product and process improvements
  • Ensure project progress, quality, and commercial alignment (effort, timelines, invoicing)

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an international environment in Consulting, Customer Success, Support, Project management, or Training, preferably within the software SaaS and/or Legal Tech industry
  • Degree in information technology or a comparable qualification; legal background is a plus
  • Knowledge of project management methods and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Wrike)
  • Technical affinity (SaaS, data models, ideally SQL or system environments)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
  • Very good German and English skills (French is a plus)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Analytical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
  • Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (client visits, coordination with international teams)
