Work Location: Remote across Germany | Approximately once per month on-site presence required

Your mission

  • Creation and editing of training, product, and onboarding videos
  • Development and continuous enhancement of our Web Academy for various products, with a strong focus on customer enablement throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Design of learning formats to support customer onboarding and product adoption
  • Close collaboration with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify customer needs
  • Derivation of content topics based on customer feedback, support requests, and training requirements
  • Development of AI-powered video formats and innovative learning content
  • Quality assurance and continuous optimization of existing content based on customer feedback and usage data
  • Support in delivering customer workshops, training sessions, and webinars
  • Creation of catalogs, handouts, and marketing materials for the Web Academy
  • Video editing and optimization of video formats

Your profile

  • Passion for video creation, content creation, and digital learning formats
  • Strong attention to quality and detail
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Interest in AI tools and modern content formats, ideally you already have initial experience working with and using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT
  • Initial experience with video editing or content production is a plus
  • Optional: legal background or interest in Legal Tech
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Application process

  • Getting to know each other: In a short conversation with one of our recruiters, we’ll discuss our mutual expectations.
  • First interview: You will then meet our VP Customer Service & Support to dive deeper into the role and relevant topics.
  • Second interview: You’ll visit us at our headquarters in Karlsruhe and get to know part of your future team (also possible remotely).
